To Support its Planned Expansion Programme Throughout the UK, Find Today Announced the Appointment of Three Business Development Executives

Working in consultation with the University of Stirling, Find developed a signage and communications system that is proving highly effective for people suffering with dementia. Care homes that use the Find system have seen their residents achieve significant improvements in independence, continence, weight gain and reduction in the use of sedation.

Find's new team will cover three regions in the UK.

Karen Clayton (00), from Lofthouse Gate, Wakefield, has 17 years sales experience with First Direct (part of the HSBC Group) where she started as a banking representative, progressing to team leader. In April 2008 she joined PHS and Envirotec where she was employed as a telesales executive. Working from the head office in Leeds, Karen will be responsible for business development in Yorkshire and the north of England, as well as supporting the organisation's marketing activity.

Gregory McQuillan (27), a former medical representative with Innovex, joins Find as an account manager. He previously spent six years working as an assistant unit leader and residential support worker at the Treloar College in Hampshire, where he worked with severely disabled teenagers. Gregory will be responsible for the development of Find's extensive product range in the south of England.

Elaine Cooke (00) from Nailsworth, Gloucestershire graduated from Worcester University in 1984 with a Bachelor of Education (Honours) degree in Nutrition and Sports Science. She previously worked as a business development manager for Nuffield Health and has extensive experience in the pharmaceutical sector, working for Bayer Diabetes Healthcare and GlaxoSmithKline as an accounts manager, where she was consistently in the Top Five of the National Team. Elaine will cover the south west and Midlands regions in her new role as accounts manager.

The new recruits start in early September.

I think they look great...

"I think they look great and it's good to see my mums picture up where everyone passing can also see it, it just makes it feel like home where you would have personal things in your hall."
